Forbes does a case study on the Monterey Bay Aquarium as a model for organizations to collaborate with businesses through their Seafood Watch program.

While businesses do need to make money, that doesn’t mean they can’t make choices to help the environment, especially in cases where it adds value for their customers. This is especially the case with food where people care about where it comes from and the effect we have on those places. Are we leaving a mess? Are we helping combat an invasive species?
